Got something that needs fixing, installing, or repairing? Start by filling out our quick booking form or giving us a call. If helpful, you can send us photos so we can better understand the job.
Step 2 – Booking Confirmation
Once we know what needs doing, our team will confirm your booking. For straightforward tasks, we’ll schedule one of our handymen right away. For larger or more complex projects, we may arrange a visit first to provide a detailed quote.
Step 3 – Time & Arrival
We’ll estimate how long the job is likely to take based on your information. You’ll be given a convenient time slot with a one-hour arrival window. On the day, your handyman will arrive promptly and show I.D. before starting work.
Step 4 – Work Carried Out
Before beginning, your handyman will reassess the job to confirm the estimated time. Work is tracked carefully to ensure you only pay for the time you need. All jobs are completed professionally, with attention to detail and safety.
Step 5 – Completion & Payment
Once the job is done, you’ll be shown a job ticket outlining the work completed and the cost breakdown. You can pay by card on the spot, and a receipt will be emailed automatically.
Step 6 – Aftercare & Guarantee
Your satisfaction matters. If any issues arise with our work, we’ll return to fix them promptly at no extra charge. Our goal is to leave every customer happy and confident in choosing us.
Pricing Structure
💷 Transparent, fair rates — £40 for the first half-hour, £30 per additional half-hour
⏱ Minimum booking time: 1 hour
